We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you changed your mind or ran into an issue, here’s how we handle refunds at iXooWeb.

When Can You Get a Refund?

  • Digital products (themes, templates, plugins): Request within 7 days if you haven’t downloaded or used them.
  • Services (web design, development): Only if work hasn’t started. Once we’re coding, no refunds—but we’ll fix any mistakes.
  • Subscriptions: Cancel before the next billing date. No refunds for partial months.

What’s Not Refundable?

  • Custom work (like a website built to your specs).
  • Services already delivered (e.g., SEO reports, completed designs).
  • Downloadable files you’ve accessed.

How to Ask for Your Money Back

  1. Email us fastsupport@ixooweb.com—with your order number.
  2. Tell us why (helps us improve).
  3. We’ll reply within 2 business days (usually faster).

Where’s the Money?

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Bank delays? Could take 5–10 days depending on your provider.

Chargebacks = Trouble

Disputing charges without talking to us first? We’ll have to block your account. Just email us—we’re reasonable.
